DH Systems has you covered. We create an exact digital reconstruction of your broken part using professional CAD software and 3D print a high-quality replacement that, in many cases, is significantly stronger and more durable than the original.

How does it work? In 3 simple steps:

  • Step 1: Submit Your Request > Fill out the form below. Describe what is broken and upload your files. Note: Please bundle your photos and CAD files (.step, .stl, .3mf) into a single .zip file before uploading.
  • Step 2: Free Price Quote We assess your photos and estimate the design and printing time. You will quickly receive a fixed-price offer. (If necessary, we might ask you to mail the broken pieces in an envelope for a 100% exact measurement).
  • Step 3: Production & Shipping Once you approve and complete the payment, we start reverse-engineering your part in our software. Your component is printed using high-grade, industrial-strength plastics and shipped straight to your doorstep.

We exclusively print with “Camper-Proof” materials:

We never use cheap, standard indoor plastics (like PLA). Depending on where the part is located, we select the perfect engineering grade material:

  • For the Interior (PETG): Ideal for hooks, clips, drawer guides, and dashboard components. This material is highly impact-resistant (it won’t snap under tension) and handles temperatures up to 75°C (167°F). Your parts won’t warp or melt when your camper is parked in the blazing summer sun.
  • For the Exterior (ASA): Specifically for tank caps, vent grilles, and exterior trim pieces. ASA is the modern successor to ABS. It offers the same extreme mechanical strength but is 100% UV and weather-resistant. It will not discolor, degrade, or become brittle in the sun.
